Knowl from NYC here. I raced in the Chicagoland Inline Marathon this past weekend and was in the pro masters division with Jim Larson. After the race, before the sweat was even fully dried, I went over to the Luigino booth where Jim was already answering questions and helping customers. He set me up with the new micro buckles They're awesome, by the way. No more "tooth shredding" and much less bulky. A huge improvement!
As for me, in my 2009 Victory's and Atom One wheels, I took 5th place. Notice the black, backwards hat I've got on in the photo? (I was thanking 4th place Gary Blank for all the work he had done at the front of the pack.)
Anyway,too many people only email companies to complain about something or someone.
